March 2020, most of the world went on lockdown. Riots. Wildfires. California was a special place. With the end of times looming on the horizon a group of friends decided to start meeting up on a back patio in San Jose. The West Coast Boogie Men were conjured up during the beginning of a pandemic. Old school blues filled the airwaves. Sometimes competing with police helicopters, ice cream trucks and sometimes both. The blues brought us together during trying times. Camaraderie and dancing can be your therapy too.
